The Athletic Lab is an 11,000 square foot center for athletic development, fitness and sport science excellence. The facility features 500 square feet of office space, men’s and women’s locker rooms and an 8000 training area. The training area is furnished with the latest equipment from Legend Fitness, Rogue Fitness, Ivanko, Eleiko, Pendlay Barbell and Iron Woody. The workout area features a 2 lane 45m sprint track, laser timing system, 4 Olympic weight lifting platforms, 4 Power Cages, a 15 foot tall pullup rig capable of squatting 6 people, medicine balls, kettlebells, 4 Concept 2 Rowing Machines, 2 glute-ham developers, dumbbells up to 105 pounds, and almost 8 and a half tons of weight.
