Athletic Lab to Hold “The Pain-Free Athlete Self-Treatment Clinic”
Pain will prevent your clients from exercising and have a negative effect on your bottom-line. In four hours you will learn how to self-treat trigger points that prevent full range of motion and put a strain on joints. Help yourself and help your clients prevent injuries and increase strength and flexibility.
This 4 hour course taught by Julie Donnelly will be held on Saturday, June 30th from 2-6pm at Athletic Lab. This course will offer participants .4 credits toward their NSCA recertification and .5 credits toward their NASM recertification.
