Split Squat: 3 x 5 ea leg
Pullups 2 warmup sets of 2-3 reps then Pullup Max
Splitting in to groups as necessary, the goal is to complete each station in 4 minutes; whether you do or not, you move to the next station
60m Sled / Yoke Push (red & green plates for men, yellow plates for women)
50 Deload Pushups
50 Squats (154 lbs for men; 121 lbs for women)
50 KB Swings (24kg for men; 16 kg for women)
