New Program for Endurance Athletes
Athletic Lab is introducing a new twice weekly class especially designed for athletes preparing for endurance activities like road racing, triathlons, or cycling. Pounding out excessive miles on your bike or on the road or swimming thousands of laps is not only potentially injurious but also an inefficient means of training.
