As a warmup work on double unders for 10’ with stretches at every 2 minutes

12 minutes to find a Deadlift Max

then outside for…

“Mary”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups (body must be vertical, head must touch ground lightly)
10 One legged squats, alternating (hips must pass below parallel)
15 Pull-ups
