Clean Complex: 5 x (1 power clean, 1 hang power clean from below knee, 1 hang power clean from thigh)

4 sets:
20m Heavy Sled Push
1 Rope Climb

3 Rounds for Time
300m Run carrying 2 DBs (40 lbs / 25 lbs)....every time you put them down, do 5 burpees
10 Hand Release Pullups….any time your feet touch the ground do 5 burpees
20m Forward Crab Walk
20m Backward Crab Walk
