5’ Out and back run on greenway
Static Stretch

5 x 3’ Runs @ 80% (pretty hard!) w/ 5’ rest in between. Everyone starts at the same spot and jogs back to the start during the rest period. Try to cover the same distance (or get better) on each of the runs.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes
10 Burpees
20 Alt. Lunge Jumps
30 Mtn Climbers
