Buy-In: 900m Run
4 Rounds of
20 Lateral Jumps
3 Trips Up and Down the Mini-Hill Running Backwards on the way up and forwards coming down (must pass cones set on either side)
10 Pullups
3 Trips Up and Down the Mini-Hill Running Forward on the way up and down (must pass cones set on either side)
20 Goblet Squats (40 lb DB for men; 25 lb DB for women)
Cash-Out: 900m Run
