Run down to Cary Pkwy and back, double back to the group if you finish early
5 Static Stretches
4 x (3 x 30m Resisted Run; 300m run)....partner up each partner should do a resisted run on a 1’ interval; when the second person is done with there 3rd resisted run, rest 1’ and then run 300m as fast as possible. Rest 3’ between sets.

7’ AMRAP:
50 Burpees
40 Alt. Lunge Jumps (20 ea)
30 Pushups
20 Pullups
10 Super Burpes
