5 Static Stretches

2 Rounds for time….
40 Plate Thrusters (20kg / 15 kg)
40 Walking Lunge Steps (20 ea)...hands on head, knee must come within 1” of ground
40 Lateral Burpees
40 Alt. Lunge Jumps (20 ea)
1200m Run (4 laps)

Resisted Walks:
2 x 40m of each (Forward, Backward, Between Legs)
