Walking Stretch Series
For as long as possible: Rounds where you start with 25 burpees and then run 400m. The round MUST be completed in 3’. If you DO NOT complete the round in the allotted time, sit out one complete round and then hop back in with 5 less burpees. Continue this until the last person is completed.
When everyone has failed to finish an interval in the allotted time, do the following:
4 sets of 20 squats, 20 pushups and 10 pullups
