30 Jumping Jacks
10 sets for cumulative lunge jump count. Each set takes 2:30 seconds. In that time, athlete must complete 300m run and as many lunge jumps as possible. At the conclusion of the 2:30 take 1’ rest and repeat until all rounds are done.
Pullups: 2 x as many as possible
Wall Ball: 15x (20 lb / 14 lb)
