Team WOD (in pairs)...4 rounds of the following:
Person A: 100m Run up hill, 100m walk back down (no running)
Person B: 100m Run up hill, 100m walk back down (no running)
Person A: Carry Person B 50m up hill, both people walk back down
Person B: Carry Person A 50m up hill, both people walk back down
80 Bodyweight Squats divisible between the two people however they would like.
Weighted Parallete Pushups: 3 x 10
KB High Pull: 3 x 10
