Power Clean: 2 x 4; 2 x 3; 2 x 2

OH Lunges with Barbell: 4 x 6 ea
Parallete Pushup: 4 x 8 (add weight to challenge)

Partner Challenge…for time each partner must complete the following (while one person works, the other rests)...(coaches…split in to 3-4 groups and stagger the start)
