Dead Lift: 10 x 1 on the minute

“McGhee”...150 reps any way you want it of Pullups and Super Burpees

DB Bench Press: 3 x 8
KB High Pull: 3 x 16
V-Ups: 3 x 20

McGhee Standards:
Optional number of reps for either exercise (broken up however preferred). Option is available to do all reps of one exercise.
Equipement: pullup bar, timer
Burpees: when jumping up, feet have to leave the floor and hands need to be above the head; chest upright
Pullups: kipping allowed, any grip accepted. Chin above bar at top, elbows fully extended at the bottom
