Cary CrossFit WOD 6.5.12

Thruster: 10 x 1 on the minute (go up as heavy as possible)

Reverse Lunge: 4 x 7 ea
Single Arm Pushup (worming if necessary): 4 x 7 ea

3 Rounds for Time
5 “Climbing” Pullups* (women 3)
20m Crab Walk Forward
20 Super Burpees
20m Crab Walk Backward

*Climbing Pullups:

  • Start: Dead hang with feet OFF the ground and arms fully extended on the low bar of the pullup rig
  • Finish: Chin over the upper bar with both hands on the higher bar.
  • You can get to the finish position any way you want…double arm jump, single arm climb, etc
