Thrusters: 4 x as many reps as possible with 88 lbs (men) / 66 lbs (women) in 30 seconds; rest 2’ between sets

Strong Man Fun (tire flipping, sled pushing, yoke carrying, farmers walks) for 20 minutes

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
Weighted Pullups 3 (10kg / 2.5kg)
Deload Pushups 7
Goblet Squats 12 (24kg / 16kg)
300m run
