Single Arm DB Snatch: 5 x 2 ea

Split Squat 4x12 ea
Plank hold 4x30 sec

45” on/ 1’ off each exercise for cumulative reps (keep the order and stagger the start on 2’ intervals as necessary)
Power Clean @ 154 / 110
Deload pushup at shoulder width hand placement
Squat at 198 / 132
Pullups
KB Swing (24 / 16)
Lying to stand (40 / 25)
Super Burpees…no knees on the ground!
