Hello and Thank You for your Cary CrossFit 10 Session Groupon purchase.
We are very excited to have you participate in the CrossFit classes at our training center. In order to accommodate the large number of Groupon vouchers, we'd ask that you please follow the following simple steps.
To redeem your Groupon deal, we ask that you call, email or stop in and be prepared to provide your FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER and REDEMPTION CODE (bar code numbers) along with any specific class date and time you wish to attend. If space is available, you will be entered in to the class and your space will be confirmed. If your session of choice is not available we will let you know with either a return call or email.

We ask that you show up at least 10 minutes before your first session begins to get you prepped to start your session. Upon arrival to Athletic Lab, we will have a waiver for you to sign (it will only take a minute or two) that will ask a few questions regarding your health and overall fitness level.
