The Athletic Lab is a 10,000 square foot center for athletic development, fitness and sport science excellence. The facility features 500 square feet of office space, 1,000 square feet of physical therapy area, men’s and women’s locker rooms and a 7500 training area. The training area is furnished with the latest equipment from Legend Fitness, Garage Gym Store, Ivanko, Eleiko, Pendlay Barbell and Iron Woody. The workout area features a 2 lane 45m sprint track, laser timing system, 4 Olympic weight lifting platforms, 4 Power Cages, medicine balls, kettlebells, 4 Concept 2 Rowing Machines, 2 glute-ham developers, dumbbells up to 105 pounds, and almost 4 and a half tons of weight.
