We offer private training in both ‘punchcard’ and monthly options. The more traditional ‘punchcard’ option has a fixed cost per session and is best for people needing more flexibility in their session scheduling. Purchased sessions on our ‘punchcard’ membership options remain valid for one year from the date of purchase. Our monthly private training packages offer a potentially lower entry price point and lower cost per session for those who have a very regular schedule and know how many sessions they can attend in a month. With this option, members can lower the cost of each session by coming in more times per month (up to the maximum number in their purchased tier). Monthly membership private training members may also choose from a FREE fitness / health tracking bonus.

Body fat reduction, weight reduction or management & body shaping are all greatly assisted with one of our expert coaches as your personal trainer. Additionally, our coaches will help you set realistic goals & plan the best strategy to achieve those goals.
