Scholastic Training
The Scholastic Training program is a comprehensive sports performance program that develops high school and collegiate athletes to dominate their sport. Utilizing a science-based based training system, the Scholastic Training program develops the qualities necessary to be successful. This training program is the perfect off-season protocol to ensure a successful season. Likewise, the program makes a great fit to complement what you are already doing in season. The 70 minute small group sessions ensure that every athlete receives the attention and coaching they need to reach their potential. At the start of enrollment, a new athlete will be evaluated on their flexibility, mobility, speed, strength and power in a manner that is age-appropriate and sport-specific. Using this information along with the goals of the athlete, Athletic Lab staff will formulate a training plan that will push an athlete to new levels. Athletes will be regularly re-evaluated to determine their progress. Athletes will be tested using a sport and age appropriate combination of tests including but not limited to the following:
- 10m or 10 yd dash for first step quickness
- 30m or 40 yd dash for sprint speed
- 5-10-5 Drill for agility
- Maximum power output for explosive power
- Vertical jump for explosive power and jumping ability
- Bleep test for VO2 Max and Cardiovascular endurance
- Flexibility and mobility tests for symmetry and balance
- Weight room tests for strength

- Mon through Fri @ 6:00 pm
- Mon, Wed, and Fri @ 5:00 pm (for athletes enrolled in the Scholastic Select only)
- Sat @ 11:00 am
- RSVPs are requested to ensure a trainer is available.

Notes:
- This program is billed at the start of training and an athlete may join the program at anytime during the month.
- Payment must be paid in full, or deferred payment options must be approved by Athletic Lab and set forth prior to the start of the first session.
- There are no individual make-up sessions for group training unless previously coordinated with program director.
- No-shows for training sessions do not warrant a refund.
- Athletic Lab reserves the right to rotate and assign Performance Coaches as necessary.
