Yoga for Athletes
This well-rounded yoga practice includes dynamic and static flexibility training, core stabilization, as well as balance and breath work. - Individual sessions are $15
- Four sessions are $53.95
- Each session will be limited to 25 registrants.
- Each session will last 70 minutes.
- This program is billed prior to the start of training.
- Payment must be paid in full, or deferred payment options must be approved by Athletic Lab and set forth prior to the start of the first session.
- There are no individual make-up sessions for group training unless previously coordinated with program director.
- No-shows for training sessions do not warrant a refund.
