I have found that Mike Young specifically has the knowledge and experience with professionals of all backgrounds to help me to improve and develop these key areas of my game and training. Since I have started working out at Athletic Lab I have noticed the difference in the way my body continues to improve through the speed and strength training. I highly recommend this facility and the staff to high level athletes and even people who are just interested in keeping their bodies fit and in shape. As long as I am walking and staying fit and active and in the Raleigh area Athletic Lab is my gym!
