Effective April 29th, please note the the following changes to our weekly training schedule:

  • Scholastic Sports Performance Class on Mondays at 6:30 pm will no longer be offered.
  • Until further notice, Yoga will no longer be offered on Sundays. We are exploring options to replace or re-open the class.
  • Performance Fitness Endurance class has been added to the schedule on Thursday at 11 am.
  • Scholastic Prep class has been added to the schedule on Tuesday at 5 pm.

And starting on May 11th our Saturday Scholastic Sports Performance class will shift from 10 am to 11 am.
