For our March member of the month, we’ve chosen Mint Cooper. Mint is a long time and consistent member of our Performance Fitness program. What city were you born in? Prachin Buri, Eastern Thailand.
What do you do when you’re not working out at Athletic Lab (occupation, hobbies, etc)? Photography for fun. I used to do some translation work, but not anymore.
What’s your favorite exercise? Least favorite? My most favorite exercise is pull up and my least is the Air Bike 😀.
What do you feel has been your greatest accomplishment since you started training? My greatest accomplishment here at Athletic Lab is seeing the improvement in overall performance: finishing the benchmark workouts with better time/reps, I can lift heavier weights, I have better form, and I’m reaching my set goal. My goal last year was bar muscle up and with the help/techniques/ support from staff and friends, it happened. This year, my goal is to do a free handstand and perhaps some handstand walks.

What motivates you? The fun environment is what motivates me. I don’t like to workout by myself and I usually perform better with friends. I always look forward to coming to the gym not only to exercise, but also to socialize and have fun.
