Athletic Lab is the training home to professional through youth athletes and adults looking to get in the best shape of their lives. We pride ourselves on having a diverse and vibrant population. The specific goals of our members may differ but they all share the common traits of being goal-oriented and hard-working. Each month we highlight one (or more) of our members in our member of the month feature. For our March members of the month, we’ve chosen Jack Flood and Kincaid Young who both recently medaled on the national stage in their respective sports. Jack recently made his second appearance for Athletic Lab at a USA Track & Field National Championships where he took 3rd place in the heptathlon. Jack has been a member of the Athletic Lab Track Club since 2017. Kincaid is a member of the Athletic Lab Weightlifting Team and made his first national appearance at last month’s USA Weightlifting Junior National Championships. He brought home bronze medals in the snatch, clean & jerk, and total. You can also check out our previous members of the month here.
