We offer multiple training options to meet the needs of any athlete or budget. Our Group training packages offer high value and allow athletes an opportunity to train in small groups with one of our world class coaches. Our group training sessions are 75 minutes and average 8 or fewer athletes per session. Athletes follow a semi-individualized progressive training plan similar to what we provide to our professional and collegiate athletes. Each session will specifically address speed, strength, change of direction ability and power.
Our Private training packages provide the ultimate in individualization and one-on-one attention. Private training sessions are perfect for athletes with unique scheduling or training demands. They provide the opportunity for a completely individualized training experience.
