Our Performance Fitness class isn’t for everyone. We readily admit that. It’s far too hard. This class is about getting results and putting in the work necessary to get those results. The training is smart. The training is effective. And the training is hard. No sitting on a recumbent bike for 30 minutes while you watch TV on a health club monitor. No leisurely walking around the park. And no mindless exercises with pink dumbbells in a vain attempt to ‘tone’ your muscles. You’ll lift heavy, you’ll breath hard, you’ll sweat harder, and you’ll likely curse your trainer. But you’ll get results.

Mike has a BS in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University, an MSS in Coaching Science from Ohio University & a PhD in Biomechanics from LSU. Additionally, he has been recognized as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association, a Level 3 coach by USA Track & Field, a Level 2 coach by USA Weightlifting & a CrossFit Level 1 coach.
