Performance Fitness Schedule Changes

Beginning on Monday May 14th, there will be a schedule change to our 7 am Performance Fitness classes. Please note that our schedule will change to the following:

  • Senza: Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 7 am
  • CrossFit: Tuesday and Thursday @ 7 am

All other Performance Fitness classes will remain at the same day and time.
