Summer break is just around the corner but there’s no such thing as a training break for committed athletes. That’s why we’re increasing our session availability for all our Sports Performance programs for the summer break.
Effective Monday June 10th, please note our schedule will update to the following:

Scholastic Sports Performance

Athletic Lab’s Scholastic Sports Performance program is a planned and progressive training plan designed to systematically develop speed, strength, power and conditioning in high school age athletes.

  • Mon-Fri: 10 am, 3:45 pm, 5 pm
  • Sat: 11 am

NCFC Youth Sports Performance

Our NCFC Youth Sports Performance program is our soccer fitness training specifically for the NCFC Youth athletes. Athletic Lab is trusted by the NCFC senior pro teams and will make you a physical presence on the pitch.

  • Mon / Wed / Fri: 1:30 pm, 6:15 pm

University Soccer Prep Sports Performance

Athletic Lab’s Soccer University Prep program is designed to train university and university committed soccer players for the demands of collegiate soccer. We offer it seasonally and the program has supported many of the top players in the country.

  • Mon / Tues / Thurs / Fri: 9 am
